Barrett Yates-Mack

Barrett Yates-Mack is the Chief Financial Officer of Red Cell Partners. She is also currently the Chief Financial Officer of CrossLead, Inc., a leadership consulting firm focused on increasing adaptability and enhancing organizational performance within dispersed teams in complex environments. Since 2014, and prior to the CrossLead spin-out in 2016, Barrett was the CFO at McChrystal Group LLC. For 20 years, Barrett has held executive positions in finance, operations, real estate development, and investing.

Early in her career, Barrett worked in investment banking for Merrill Lynch focused on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions for REITs (real estate investment trusts). Barrett currently serves on the Board of Directors of multiple non-profits focused on education and hunger- relief. In 2002, she was one of the founding members of Adelante Now, an educational non-profit focused on combating low educational achievement levels in New Mexico. Barrett also sits on the board for a handful of independent midstream and upstream energy companies and from 2019-2021 was on the Executive Board of the MIT Center for Real Estate.

She has an MS from MIT and a BA from Cornell University.
