Benjamin Rudeen is the Business Operations Manager at TARA Mind, where he builds and strengthens the systems that support the company’s mission to expand access to safe, effective mental health care. With more than seven years of experience scaling health-tech organizations, he brings a strong foundation in strategic planning, cross-functional operations, and data-driven execution.

Before joining TARA Mind, Ben led commercial operations at Headlamp Health, driving rapid growth and scaling clinician and patient onboarding. He also spent five years at Tempus AI, where he supported commercial strategy and operational excellence across neurology, psychiatry, and oncology.

Ben holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Yale University. He currently lives in Chicago, IL, and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, reading, and tackling all kinds of puzzles.
