Fern Deininger

Fern Deininger is our Clinical Program Manager at TARA Mind. Over the last 6 years Fern has worked in mission-driven start-ups and healthcare clinics to help companies scale their reach through developing organizational structure and administrative clarity. Ms. Deininger is passionate about creating ease in high-touch healthcare systems through leveraging technology and creating clear paths for communication between clients and their care team. Fern works alongside our new providers and clients to make sure intake operations are running smoothly and sustainably each step of the way. She has over 3 years of experience in managing behavioral health clinics and has her Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. Now living in Oregon, Fern is an avid gardener, ceramist, and painter.
