Nathan Aycock is an Operations Lead at TARA Mind, an Operations Director at Red Cell, and a business transformation and organization design coach primarily focused on operations at CrossLead. From 2010 to 2015, he was part of the small team that studied and developed the management and leadership framework that was the basis of General Stanley McChrystal and David Silverman’s book “Team of Teams.” In 2016, CrossLead spun off from McChrystal Group to scale their Enterprise Performance Management software. With CrossLead, Nathan was the project lead for the company’s financial services clients where he designed and implemented process innovations to include: organizational structure, responsibilities, roles, and agile practices for increasing the pace of planning and execution.

A native to Hilton Head, South Carolina, Nathan attended the College of Charleston where he earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business. Nathan is a soccer fan, outdoorsman, surfer, and Ironman triathlete.
