With experience across healthcare and fintech, they have partnered with cross-functional teams on product launches, process improvements, and quality initiatives that support organizational growth and enhance client experiences.

At TARA Mind, Raffi works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support product execution and expand access to mental health care. They are passionate about helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and believe care should be approachable, empowering, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. They value collaborative problem-solving and are committed to building solutions that meet people where they are.

Before joining TARA Mind, Raffi worked at Headspace, where they supported operations, product launches, and workflow improvements across meditation, coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services. Their work focused on improving access to mental health resources while supporting the providers delivering care.

Outside of work, they play and coach roller derby, enjoy biking around Minneapolis, and spend time with their three dogs.”
